F1 Spanish Grand Prix Odds and Prediction Barcelona 2023
The great thing about Formula One motor racing is that every Grand Prix is different. Whether it’s a different circuit, weather conditions, atmosphere, or anything else for that matter, you never know what you’ll get from one Grand Prix to the next.
The 2023 F1 Spanish Grand Prix looks set to be one of the most exciting in recent memory.
Taking place over the weekend of June 2 – June 4, the F1 Spanish Grand Prix takes place Sunday, June 4th, this 66-lap race is guaranteed to be gripping from start to finish.
Held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the F1 Spanish Grand Prix has taken place 63 times since it was first held all the way back in 1913. The race itself is 191.645 miles (308.424 km) long, with a circuit length of 2.905 miles (4.675 km).
Both Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton hold the record for most wins at the F1 Spanish Grand Prix, with 6 a piece, whereas Ferrari is the constructor who has enjoyed the most success here over the years, with 12 wins.
The 2022 F1 Spanish Grand Prix saw current champion Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing pick up the win. But can history repeat itself?
F1 Spanish GP Information, Analysis
F1 Spanish GP Prediction Course Details
The weather of any Grand Prix is always a big focal point. And for good reason. The weather can influence the outcome of the race in a number of ways, and can also make for some very exciting viewing.
Last year the weather was warm and sunny, so what can we expect this time around? Well, as the weather in Barcelona is pleasant much of the year, blue skies, a gentle breeze, and warm sunshine would be the best bet.
Temperatures can get very warm that time of year, so we’d expect 27c – 31c on average.
Rain is also very unlikely unless a freak thunderstorm does break out, which is certainly not out of the question.
F1 Barcelona Grand Prix Odds to Win — Who to Watch
With so many drivers performing so well in 2022, who should we keep an eye on at the 2023 F1 Barcelona Spanish Grand Prix?
George Russell Odds
After replacing Valterri Bottas at Mercedes in 2022, George Russell has gone from strength to strength, even outperforming his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton at times.
Russell achieved numerous podium finishes in 2022, including one at the F1 Spanish Grand Prix when he secured 3rd place. He’ll now be looking to continue that momentum heading into the F1 Barcelona Spanish Grand Prix in 2023.
Sergio Perez Prediction
Sergio Perez of Red Bull had an incredible 2022 F1 Spanish Grand Prix, and had it not been for his teammate Max Verstappen looking so dominant, he could very well have been pushing for a Driver’s Championship.
Perez took 2nd place in Spain last year and will be looking to go one better in 2023.
Max Verstappen Odds
Max Verstappen is currently in the form of his career and is the hottest commodity in F1 racing.
Because he secured the championship in such a dominant fashion in 2022, and because he won the F1 Spanish Grand Prix in 2022, he has to be one to watch in Barcelona.
F1 Schedule – Next Race
Once this race is over, there is nothing left to do but prepare for the next one. And what a race it is! Right after the Spanish GP, comes the Canadian F1 Grand Prix 2023, a circuit that always offers a good show.

Prediction F1 Spanish Grand Prix 2023
While plenty of names could pull off an upset at the F1 Spanish Grand Prix 2023, some will almost certainly be pushing for a podium finish.
Our pick for 1st place at the 2023 F1 Spanish Grand Prix, not surprisingly, is Max Verstappen. Max is young, has not even peaked yet, and will have all the momentum and confidence in the world heading into Barcelona.
For 2nd place, we’re going with Sergio Perez, whereas for 3rd, we’re going with Ferrari’s Charles LeClerc. Last year, LeClerc was forced to retire from the race and will be looking to redeem himself in 2023.
As for constructors, we’re going with a Red Bull Racing win. Red Bull is looking unstoppable, with Verstappen and Perez both looking so strong, and that likely will not change in 2023.
