Dom Einhorn Life and Career Highlights.
Dom Einhorn (Dominique) was born in May 1970 in Wissembourg, France (Bas-Rhin department). In 1993, Dom Einhorn left France for Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California, where he founded multiple startups in the technology and digital media space.
A serial entrepreneur with multiple startup exits under his belt, Dom Einhorn created the first online art auction back in March 1996, which was acquired by one of the largest auction sites in the world five months later. He then went on to create Powerclick, a digital marketing agency with 500+ advertisers as clients. The agency merged with a publicly listed company in the spring of 2001 in an eight-figure M&A transaction.
The Technology and Media Entrepreneur.
Today, Dom Einhorn advises and invests in a wide range of technology startups ranging from fintech, digital media and augmented reality to artificial intelligence, edtech, health tech and food tech.
A native of Alsace, Dom speaks six languages and understands the importance of breaking down language barriers. The same philosophy applies to business. In 2018, he returned to France and settled in Sarlat-la-Canéda (Dordogne) with a single focus: to build the world’s largest rural incubator-accelerator, UNIQORN along with a rugby-focused sports brand, Sarlat Rugby along with Argentinian rugby player-turned-entrepreneur, Lucas Caneda.
The digital startup ecosystem and angel investing represent Dom’s true passion. As an investor, he has provided seed funding to over 20 technology startups. As an entrepreneur, he has managed client campaigns with budgets exceeding $3 billion, delivering 7 million+ sales leads and generating over $500 million in sales as a power affiliate. Dom constantly scours the world for the next breakout startups in his fields of predilection.
The CXSports Platform.
Encouraged by his early successes in the sports tech industry, Dom went on to found ChallengerX plc and the CXSports platform. Listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London, ChallengerX plc is a Software-as-a-Service “SaaS 2.0” monetization technology and digital marketing company serving sports clubs, players, sports news sites, and other influencers around the world. Its technology helps its customers, at no cost, generate incremental recurring revenues from their existing followers via a proprietary LOPI (“Leverage Other People’s Influence”) strategy.
The CXSports platform also offers bespoke service packages that help clubs develop and build their brand, rapidly grow their base of fans, gain additional higher-end sponsors, and source and sell club merchandise through a club-branded eStore the Company operates on each club’s behalf.
CXSports’ purpose is to create new recurring revenues for all constituents of the amateur/semi-pro sports club ecosystem, including clubs, leagues, players, and sports-focused websites. The platform’s mission is to onboard a minimum of 2,000 customers in 2022 and 50,000 or
more by New Year’s Day, 2025 while generating a minimum average of €150 in net revenues per month, per club within three months of sign on.
The company has successfully onboarded the likes of rugby great Liam Messam and leagues like the American Arena League. The market for incremental monetization of sports leagues, teams and athletes is truly immense. In the country of Germany alone, there are approximately 160,000 football (soccer) clubs, each of which has 15 to 20 players. Globally, the number of football clubs easily exceeds 1,000,000.
CXSports aims to become a permanent game-changer for amateur sports and the athletes that make up the amateur and semi-professional sports leagues.
When it comes to rugby, there are at least 15,000 serious rugby clubs in operation today, including 5,770 clubs in the EU/UK (38%), 2,821 clubs in North America (19%), 1,368 clubs in Australia & New Zealand (9%), and 687 clubs in South America (4,5%).
