F1 Monaco Grand Prix Odds and Prediction 2025

After all the excitement, thrills, and spills of the 2024 Formula One season, all eyes are now firmly fixed on 2025. And for good reason. While there are countless Grand Prix events to look forward to, one of the most eagerly anticipated events is the F1 Monaco Grand Prix, which is always a fan favorite.

The F1 Monaco Grand Prix never fails to disappoint. Thanks to its unique winding streets, its lavish location, and the often unpredictability of the weather, the F1 Monaco Grand Prix always attracts big names and big numbers from the world of Hollywood, F1, and beyond.

Taking place on the weekend of May 23 – May 25 at the Circuit de Monaco street circuit, the race itself will be held Sunday, May 25, 2025, and can be traced back nearly a century, as it was first held way back in 1929.

The course, renowned for its narrow winding twists and turns, consists of 78 laps and stretches for a total of 161.734 miles (260.286 km). Each circuit length is 2.074 miles (3.337 km).

Previous editions of the F1 Monaco Grand Prix have proven to be eventful, to say the very least, so what can fans expect for 2025?

F1 Monaco GP Information, Analysis

F1 Monaco Grand Prix Prediction Course Details

One of the most exciting things about the F1 Monaco Grand Prix is the unpredictability of the weather.

In late May, the weather in Monaco is largely warm and sunny, though as we have found out in the past, it can also get very wet, very quickly. The 2022 F1 Monaco Grand Prix, in particular, was exceptionally wet, and delayed for over an hour due to heavy rain being predicted, meaning that teams would be forced to switch to wet tires before the start of the race.

But just because it rained in previous editions, that certainly doesn’t mean that 2025 will also be wet.

Based upon past experiences of the event, warm sunshine, partly cloudy conditions, and warm temperatures between 24C – 29C are the most likely, with fairly breezy coastal conditions. There is, however, always a chance of a rain shower.

F1 Monaco Grand Prix Odds to Win — Who to Watch

The 2024 F1 Monaco Grand Prix was won by Monaco native Charles LeClerc. Can he repeat history and win again in 2025? We certainly wouldn’t put it past him, and he’s certainly one, of many, to watch.

Charles LeClerc Prediction

Even without his 2024 win here, LeClerc has already proven to be a strong street racer anyways. But, add to the fact that this will be a Grand Prix on home soil for the young driver, and it’s easy to see why the Ferrari ace is one to watch, even if his 2025 results have been somewhat devoid of podiums.

Oscar Piastri Odds

Following hot on LeClerc’s heels last year, Oscar Piastri came in second at last year’s F1 Monaco Grand Prix. And when you see his results this year (he’s barely failed to finish on the podium, usually first), it becomes very hard to not consider Pistari as a very, very strong contender.

Max Verstappen Prediction

While Max Verstappen has certainly lost a little of his lustre, he’s still a very dangerous driver. Currently #3 in the Drivers Championship and with previous wins at the F1 Monaco Grand Prix, there’s a good chance we’ll see him finishing at the pointy end of the race.

Lando Norris Podium Odds

Lando Norris hasn’t quite lived up to the expectations we had of him earlier in the year, but he’s still an undeniable talent who’s finished most races this season on the podium. Let’s also not forget that he came in fourth place at the 2024 edition of the F1 Monaco Grand Prix, barely 1 second off the podium pace.

Upcoming 2025 F1 Race Predictions

Following hot on the heels of the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix, the F1 heads over to Barcelona for the F1 Spanish Grand Prix. Set to go down on June 1, you can find our full 2025 Spanish F1 GP prediction here.

Prediction F1 Monaco Grand Prix 2025

In previous F1 Monaco Grand Prix editions, the weather was unpredictable enough that the results didn’t go the way many had predicted at the start. Will history repeat itself again, or will we see an upset? Here’s what we think.

  • 1st place: With his results this year, and his 2nd place at last year’s F1 Monaco GP, Piastri’s going to be a hard act to beat here.
  • 2nd place: We’re going with Max Verstappen for second. Verstappen won in 2023, and, while he hasn’t exactly been on form this season, he hasn’t been far off it.
  • 3rd place: For third, we’re backing none other than the hometown boy, Charles LeClerc.
