This is a very distinct rivalry that isn’t necessarily known as well to football fans further north but is a highly respected matchup within the AFC South.

These two sides first started playing against each other in 1995 when the Titans (known at the time as the Oilers) beat the Jaguars 10-3. Despite being a newer team, the side has managed to maintain the upper hand in the series, currently leading the all-time score 34-22.

Things have really gone off the rails for Tennessee in the last few weeks. Having a healthy winning record until a four-game losing streak undermined all the confidence that was built up earlier in the season.

They could’ve had the division wrapped up by now, but now they have a real battle on their hands when they could still be in charge of their own destiny had they not taken their eye off the ball so drastically.
